Anenome driving me nuts

Ok trying to get it off a rock I have had a power head blasting on it for 3 hours hasn’t moved or anything. Can’t get to the foot with a card don’t want to hurt it. Can’t brake the rock either because of what’s on it anyone have any other ideas how to get it off or to move to I can get to the foot

Freeze some ro water in a cube tray and rub it on the foot. Don’t do it too long at a time but you’ll need to keep doing it to make it retract the foot

What kind of anemone is it.
BTA can stand more abuse than other anemone.
I don’t condone this behavior and you have to be comfortable and confident about your anemone but I usually just peel it with my fingernails.
If you can take out the rocks, you can chisel the rock itself.

Mine moves when it doesn't like the lighting. When half my lights went out, it left the rock and started climbing up the glass to get to the top. If you can get it on the glass, it's easy to remove.

I agree the other poster... if a bta.. just do whatever to get it off. Tweezers or anything to get under the foot. It will heal up quickly. They are super tough if healthy and the tank is well ran.

After all they can be minced in a power head and bounce back...
