Anyone updated controller and screen go blank but still lights up need help maybe a factory reset if possible

HAPPENED TO MINE. BEEN OVER A YEAR. EMAILED NEPTUNE ABOUT IT AND ALL THEY SAID WAS SEND IT IN FOR REPAIR. I JUST LEFT IT AND BEEN USING THE APP WITHOUT THE DISPLAY.

I bought it used accidentally clicked update screen went blank was working before I did that but I can’t use the app because I didn’t set it up to the internet yet

Be been dealing with Nptune for over a week . They stink. Spent over 1000.00 On a brand new Apex fusion with an additional power bar after several tech support sessions its the Base unitThat was found by their Tech Support to be faulty from the factory . Now they expect me to shell out another $400 Before they will send me a replacement which they actually charge my card the $400 instead of just put ahold on it.
