I've been meaning to start this for a while, but now that there is someone actually asking for it, I think it's time.
Please reply to this thread with your own results, especially if you've been able to borrow one of the club's PAR meters. Maybe @BiGGiePauls33 or @Mixed Reefer will make it sticky somewhere if they think it's a good idea.
Necessary information
Every tank setup is different, so we need to put the number into context.
1) Size of tank LxWxH height is important
2) Type of light(s)
3) Height of lights from the water surface
4) Light Settings
5) PAR numbers at different depths and spots in your tank.
6) A picture of the tank with PAR numbers overlayed or referenced in some way
Here are my results for my tank/light combo
1) Tank: Acrylic "50 gallon" 36x15x20 (it's actually 46 gallons). The acrylic top does make a difference
2) Reefbreeders 36 v2+
3) 11 inches from surface
4) Here is my schedule. The vertical axis is in percentage
5) Here are my measured PAR values
