Frag tank work station idea

Wasnt sure if I posted this here or not. I built this pull out table to do my fish tank testing and maintenance and figured I'd share. Could work even if there was equipment underneath.

The rails have a 100lb weight rating and it feels very strong and sturdy. The desk part is about 38x22 of usable space.

Love the idea. Only issue I see is plumbing from overflow unless the plumbing is completely behind the back tank wall and not a regular reef ready setup with in tank overflow. Love the idea

True then it would work only depending on tank size. Could frame out a smaller pull out desk, but would probably only work on 48 inch tank or longer if they have the internal overflows. Or maybe it would have to be shorter front to back.
