Freshwater food va saltwater food?

So I just grabbed a multi-pack of frozen food. Same brand I normally get when we are out of fish goo. Come to find out after I get home it is the freshwater frozen food multi-pack.

Has brine, spira something, some algae in some. Similar ingredients. Is this something I should ditch/give to a my chiclid? Or is there no real difference?

It's from petco. I think it is the San fransico bay brand

I use their products. If it's the coral cuisine it's kind of messy.
