Got air in your jebao doser check this out

So I have been battling this dang air bubble in my dosing line and nothing I did fixed it. So I decided to take apart my heads to see if there is a hole in the tubing. I found out that the heads are put to get her wrong just like the older version. I put together a little guide with pics on how to fix it properly. Ever sense I fixed it I don’t get air bubbles any more.

Nice write up. It’s definitely a common assembly error from Jebao. I’ve had the dp-4 and now the wifi jebao and had to do this to both units.

Does that pump head just pull right off of the dosing unit?
My alk line is leaking or something and I have to swap the pump head. I'll check its wheels if I can get it off!

While you have the head apart, good time to clean and lube.

Small screw driver to help with the left/right clips; just push them out a little while lifting the whole head. Once you loosen both the head should just pull away.

Then the top/bottom clips to separate the two halves and get at the wheels.

Thank you. I used a pair of large pliers to take the heads off of the unit. There is a clip on both left and right sides of the head you will need to press to remove it.
