hammer Coral; can hammer coral branches or skeleton grow after frag?

HI, there I am New at Coral Frag.
I need to learn from you that whether hammer coral skeleton or branches grow after frag and move to the Frag base or
live rock?
1. KH 14, Calcium 500, water temperature 25-26 degrees Celsius,salinity 1.025,
can this hammer branches or skeleton grow in this water condition?
2. basically, what centimeter from head of Coral hammer should we cut or frag?
3. after hammer coral skeleton or branches fragging, how many more they do I need to consider frag again? and move to frag base?
4.Do I need any additional add tip into tank? thanks..
