I recently built a brine shrimp hatchery and Tisbe pod hatchery. I’ve had great results so far, I’m also feeding the brine shrimp spirulina. I’m thinking about starting a Mysis shrimp hatchery as well.

I’ve got a seahorse tank and my other tank has a bonded pair of mandarins, I’d definitely be interested in buying some live food.

That's a great setup! I've tried copepods, but no luck. Maybe I should try tisbe. Where did you get your tisbe pods from? Best of luck!

Thank you!! I originally got some of the Tisbe pods from Algae Barn when I purchased my mandarin; I’ve had good luck with them but the first batch I got was DOA. Tisbe are pretty cool, they are small but are very hardy from what I’ve experienced

What do you feed your tisbe? Phyto?

I feed my Tisbe a blend of phytoplankton and spirulina powder.
