How many times a day do you feed?

2x per day. A piece of nori in the morning and the good stuff at night, but will skip the night drop about 2-3 times a week because I'm either too lazy or, and I think it's good to skip sometimes..

I feed twice a day, although when I work late it can be only once a day.

I think the bigger concern is how much you feed and not so much how often. I feed two or three times a day but only enough for it to be all consumed in a minute or two. I will also target feed the shrimp or corals that need that sort of thing to be sure they are getting enough. I was over someone?s house (I wont mention names) and he put more food in the tank at one time than I would have done so in a week. I hope he has checked his nitrates and discovered why this is a bad thing.

2 GBM clowns, one royal gramma, one 3-4" maxima, ~15pieces of stony corals, and 2 soft corals
two capful of DTs everyother day.
1/3 of mysis shrimp everyday.
and 1/4 inch sqaure of cyclopeeze every other day.
