How to get the brs member badge under avatar ?

I bought a years membership the other day and still cant figure out if its something I am suppose to enable or if it changes automatically. Also I was checking my paypal reciept and for some reason my billing address is set to my work, is there a way to change this so my card doesn't come to my work and potentially get lost.
