Identify Critters?

Hi all of a sudden I am seeing a ton of little white specks on the glass, rocks and back. I am attaching a pic to maybe help identify and suggestions on what I should do. I pulled one out for a better look. Thanks for your help.

I had these too, and we have seen our trochus snails broadcasting eggs into the water lately, but I don’t know if that is one. I did find them on the edge of my Maxima clams mantle though so I killed them. Not sure if they are a pest. I had no microscope at home to check them out with.

Just need to know if these are pests so I can form an eradication plan.
