Is this snail eggs?

Will they hatch? Should I not scrape the glass and let them hatch or is it just the eating pattern? Love the pattern it almost matches the patterns of coral in the tank.

While snails will lay in that pattern are you sure you aren’t seeing where it has eaten the film algae from the glass? Usually their eggs are a whitish color. Or maybe I’m over looking them

I think granite reefer is right. Looks like their grazing pattern.
