My A350W failed and thanks to Kessil's 2 year warranty it was covered. A couple of emails later and within a week I have a brand new A360W as a replacement.

Excellent service all around. Frankly reminds me of my dealings with Ecotech when I had issues with my Radion - both premier customer service. Sometimes you do get what you paid for.
