Gone Large GSP colony

In a different universe I would have a number of tanks, and one would be centered on this outrageously large green star polyp colony, a resplendent island of tiny hands waving over a sea of confining sand. A cnidarian Napoleon on a seamount St. Helena.

In that universe, I am not moving this month, and am not out of tank space.

This is not that universe. So: Big green star polyp colony available!

It is attached to, and has completely enveloped, a forked piece of coral-skeleton-ish rock that is roughly eleven by six inches and an inch and a half in diameter. It has protruding fingery bits where it has gotten bored of covering this particular large object and has set out in search of others.

It is pretty but it will need space. I recommend not leaning it against anything else unless you want that thing to become part of the polyp continuum too. Trying to scrape GSP off surfaces is a bit like trying to remove chewing gum from your hair, or trying to erase graffiti.

Pickup in Somerville.
