Unsure on the first one but I think the second ones are hydroids, typical in new tank... soon enough you won’t see them anymore.

Ok, great I thought I ran into this once before without any I'll effects...tank is not necessarily new...I did add some more rock which had to go through its own cycle which would probably explain why I'm seeing these critters.
