Please help ID

I noticed the small white little dot on a coral plug. I took it out and they pop like a grape if you squish em. Taking a look around found more on the frag rack and my scraper. Have not noticed any ill effects to the tank inhabitants. All SPS ans LSP look just fine. Not sure what they are or if they are dangerous.
