Powerhead flow ?

So I just installed two new powerheads. They are mover 3500 gallon . Right now my flow pattern is more of a swirl around the tank like a toilet bowl. All my corals in the tank right now seem to be happy with good polyp extension. Is there any benefit to pointing the power heads towards each other to making a more of a turbulent flow. I also have 4800 gph from my return pump. This is on a 180.

Random flow is good but there are a lot of tanks that run alternating currents in random mode. So it all goes one way for 4-6 hours and the other way for another 4-6 hours.

If they have good PE right now maybe just leave it be till you notice flaws. But I’m a big fan of random flow maybe a little pulse action.
