Yes for the pump. You should be able to Google the pump and you will get all the specs for it. The reason I ask is if it's 395 gph at 3-4 feet the gph will be much lower.

Ok that’s good. Just make sure the overflow box you get can handle that much flow. If the drain in the overflow box is at least 1” you are good. A 1” drain can handle a ton of flow
