Radion lighting question

Hey everyone!

Relatively new to posting, but was hoping someone might have some helpful insight for me. I just got a gen 4 radion light to replace my older ai hydra. Does anyone have any recommendations for the settings I should start with? I have a mixed reef

The hydra is currently running at 47% intensity on the whites and is on a home made stand on the cover. But I am worried that the radion is going to be way more powerful and bleach everything out. So I was planning on starting it on the radion SPS AB+ setting at 25%.

I have a radion xr15 gen 4 pro on a 29 gallon biocube. I just run the SPS AB+ setting and started it at I believe 35 or 40 percent with an acclimation of 4 weeks. AB+ only runs at 62% max I believe.
