Reeflo External Pump - Loss of Pressure

I’ve been running my Reeflo Yellowtail for about a year and a half (bought new) and I feel that it’s lost head pressure recently. It’s been running 24/7 since setup except random tank maintenance periods. I’ll be taking it out to clean it soon, but wondering if regular maintenance is required for these pumps, and if anyone has experienced this. I doubt the issue is inside my plumbing but I’ll be checking that too. Thanks
