I love Turo, problem is not always the best mileage deals opposed to rental agencies. Worth checking though. Might be worth seeing how much it'll be to fly, and take a UBER to.

I check Hotwire or another comparison site for prices, then go to the website of whichever company I'm aiming for and usually book direct. I've found the direct company website often has the same price, sometimes lower with free loyalty programs, no fees, and sometimes better cancellation options. Plus if you need to modify it'll be much easier if you've reserved direct.
