Just passing on a good word that I got great support from Marine Depot and Aquarium Current.
I bought two sea swirls from Marine Depot earlier this year, and one stopped oscillating a week or so ago. I contacted Marine Depot, which put me in contact with Aquarium Currents ... I mailed the device back to AC ... oddly enough ... the device worked when it got to South Carolina, ... they still swapped the motor out .... called me to discuss what they had found, why it might have stopped in MA, and the use of sea swirls in general. Total Turn was ~ 1 week counting shipping time.
It's always lousy when you have "down time" on a piece of equipment, but I felt the support and communication was always straight forward and all parties wanted to solve the problem.
