I have been putting together a 40g breeder setup over the last 5 months but other responsibilities are hindering my ability to finish the build so I am just going to purchase an AIO to go where the 40 was supposed to end up. While it may not be top of the line items I have everything needed to have a functioning system other than a skimmer/more DT turnover and almost everything is new, all very clean and ready for plumbing (which is included). Nothing has seen water other than the 840gph water pump and the 150w Eheim heater which have been submersed and running for a little over a month. I added up all the receipts last night (-_-) and I have just under $1400 spent but I am looking for $500 for everything. There is just too much to piece out at this point so I would probably just throw it in storage.

See Link to Photos at Bottom

Main Bits:
40 Gallon Breeder -
Rimmed Aqueon
40 Breeder custom glass top w/ acrylic hinges - The tank was going to go in my basement that can drop as low as 58 degrees.
20 Gallon Long Sump - Rimmed Aqueon
Brooklyn 40g Stand - Strong Steel stand, was going to install appearance board to cover
Fiji Cube 20g Sump Kit - Installed 4 months ago so silicone (GE1) is 100% cured
Fiji Cube 800gph Overflow Box New - Ready to drill, I will do it if buyer wants and purchases everything
Jebao DCP 3000 New -
Only attached the semi flexible 1' vinyl tubing to size sump
Eheim Jager 300w Heater New - For Display Tank, very cold basement like I mentioned before
Eheim Jager 150w Heater - In use for a month in the Brute cycling live rock then was going in sump

Lighting Bits:
2x Hipagero 30w LED -
Was going to be on a schedule with the WiFi surge protector. I did exhaustive research on lighting and ended up with these guys. They look great and have PAR levels up there with much more expensive rigs but lack any sort of wireless control. Mix of two individually adjustable & dimable UV/Light Blue/Blue and White Channels.
2x Aquatic Life Reno 30” WiFi LED Bar - Since the Hipageros lacked remote control I paired these with the them and the WiFi surge protector to be able to set up a full lighting schedule. They are fully programmable via app where you can make unlimited programs and pair with multiple lights. They are not super powerful as there are essentially fancy LED strips inside a nice sealed aluminum chassis but because of the above higher powered cree LED units I just needed something for when it was time for the spotlights to turn off. They work great for sun up - sun down simulation and have all the typical RGB LED controls.
WiFi Surge Protector with remote switching/timer (12 Power Sources) - 4 WiFi controllable outlets, 4 static and 4 USB

Plumbing Bits:
2x Locline 3/4” Returns with flare nozzle and Bulkhead -
Drilled and installed
Various Plumbing Components - Numerous Bulkheads, Fittings, Fixtures etc.
20’ Blue 1” PVC - 3x 40" lengths and 5x 24" Lengths
20’ Blue 3/4” PVC - 3x 40" lengths and 5x 24" Lengths
6x 3/4” True Unions - Grey
10x 1” True Unions - Grey
2x 1” Gate Valve - Grey/Red
2x 3/4” True Union Ball Valve - Grey/Red
2x 1” True Union Ball Valve - Grey/Red

Other Pieces:
32g Brute barrel w/ lid new -
Blue, Purchased new specifically for water storage 3 months ago
20lbs of Nature’s Ocean Base Rock - Cycling in the Brute with 2 liters of bagged Seachem Matrix (A little over a month now)
1300gph Wavemaker - New Chinese cheapo I was going to use in the Brute but decided not to
840gph water pump - Currently moving water in the Brute
Tripp Lite 7 Outlet (6 Individually Controlled) - Great power control. Was going to use with everything but Lights
Refractometer NIB Never Used
Digital TDS meter -
Hardly Used
Digital PH meter - Hardly Used
150gpd dual output RODI - Only 30g of RODI water produced since new and It resulted in 0tds. Has DI output and second Carbon output option for drinking water.

There are probably some items that I forgot that I would include anyway but I think I got all the bigger items. If anyone has questions or wants specific pictures I will get them. I was very much looking forward to this build but it is taking up too much room and I have too little time.

Oh, and I am in Chelmsford MA for pickup location if any interest.

Edit: Attached photos in case the link was missed. (20 Image limit so if anyone wants more check the link)
