SPS breaking apart

I have a 20 gallons SPS/LPS, last few weeks I notice some SPS loss colors, one colony bleached and when I took it out, it’s just fall away.

I do water 4 gallons water change weekly, and I don’t monitor water parameters either. It’s an estimated tank 10 years+. I did add few corals in a pass month. Anyone know the potential reasons why SPS not doing well?

A good start would be testing your water. At least with alk/ca/mag. Maybe nitrate and phosphate too if those levels are good.

Brittle and breaking loss of pigment after checking above....mag level a biggie. Not. And phos. Big ones also
