Everytime after I clean my sump my SPS extends its feeding tentacles so much.

Normal or something I should be concerned?

Haven't heard of a coral extending as a stress response. They shrink when unhappy. They would melt if dying, but that's very different than extending. When you clean your sump you inadvertently suspend lots of organics in the water column. Suspended organics = food for coral.
