Anyone try one? I need another powerhead, hopefully variable. I have given up on Jebaos. I have purchased three of those and none lasted longer than a year. These Auqas look like Jebao (which is a great design shape) just hope they perform a lot better.

Still cannot convince myself to spend $200 plus for a small water mover...

I would give coralbox QP series pump a try.
The difference between Jebao and Coralbox is that the Jebao RW/pp series pumps have thermo-protection IC chips built inside the pump heads, that lead to most of the failure.
Coralbox QP series pumps have the IC chips built into the controller, out of water. They have very little fail rate.

I have been using the Eflux wave pumps for the last 4 months so far so good

I was led to believe that any innovative marine pumps were rebadged jecod pumps.
