What Brand/Type Carbon to use in Reactor

Just wondering what everyone prefers for carbon. I hear there is activated and non activated carbon so which one do I want? I do not want to release any phosphates into the water by using a cheap or no name carbon but also do not want to break the bank. Let me know what you think.

I see a lot of people use the ROX 08. Here is some locally for sale.
I don't always use carbon but when I do I use Red Sea Reef-Spec Carbon. I have used it in an IM reactor but prefer to run it in a bag as I have an AIO.

I rarely run it, but when I do I run the BRS Rox listed above. I only have run it in a BRS dual reactor.

Bulk Reef supply had video on how well different carbons work. The ROX well out performed others.
