I've been seeing this thing pop up in my tank, it's like a squishy white tube worm. It was growing in my zoas and was bothering them but besides that doesnt seem to be that bad any id?

They are a white translucent like thing that has a cylinder shape with a feather worm like top my photos are bad to lol their small

I have another strange think in my tank... idk what it is but it is like a tiny microscopic worm that came out of the sand to eat the leftover food there arent many but definitely a weird site I cant seem to find any photos/id of them anywhere so anyone have input?

Each one of those small black lines are one of them and they move to bite the food
