What's going on with my Leptastrea?

I have had these two little frags of leptastrea for 6-8 mos now and have seen very little growth and have recently noticed what appears like tissue loss. Any ideas what may be happening here? Low light, no major changes recently - pH 8.2, Alk 9.2, Ca 440, Mg 1350, NO3 4, PO4 0.06

How’s the flow? Is it very shaded? Do you target feed? Anything pick at it?

This a lower flow area and possibly too light. I do target feed 1-2 week. I had Peppermint shrimp in their a month for so ago, but have removed all. Also, have some emerald crabs. Six line wrasse.

I have a blue version that didn't grow much over months also. It got moved to a high flow area and is doing much better now. Pretty high light also.
