White Blotch on Damsel's Head

One of my yellowtail blue damsels suddenly has a white blotch on the top of his head. He looks as though he banged his head on the rock. It's not near his eye - it's closer to his top (dorsal?) fin. The spot is not round - it's kind of kidney shaped, about the size of 1/2 pencil eraser. He has been in the tank since it cycled back in January. The only new additions have been my 2 false perculas - they were added 2 weeks ago after being in QT for 4 weeks. They don't show signs of anything. Everyone is still eating and active. This damsel hangs out with the perculas. The other damsel is really mean and hangs out on the other side of the tank. He often chases this damsel. Is this something I need to worry about? Is it something that can spread to the others?
