Why can't I post anything for sale here on boards? Site won't allow me too?

Recently a decision was made, that if you wanted to post in the for sale forum, you had to be a paid member of the BRS.

I'm a paid member... I haven't got my Member Card... I did recently move. Maybe that's why... who do I contact for a card replacement?
