Red Sea 350, 2 years old with a Version 3 Sump.
All livestock was sold on 5/30, tank is cleaned and ready for a new home.
Priced to sell as a package, we are not looking to breakout items.
DT is about 150 lbs, the base is not that heavy.
You may need to take out of the 1st floor and down a dozen granite steps to the driveway and that will require 2 very strong people.
$1,200 for everything on the spreadsheet.

I have a truck and could help deliver within 10 miles if you have the brawn.
