Skimmer help !

Was going to buy a skimmer but my friend had a Reef octopus 110 for my 40G B….. only think is it’s missing the ball valve and T pipe area. Does anyone know if this is something I can assemble at Home Depot or if there is somewhere I can order

Just note that it is metric PVC when you need to extend a piece.
