Looking for LIVE Blackworms anyone have any.

You probably know this, but I get them from Tropical Isle. I also got them once at Uncle Neds Fish Factory but he mentioned to me they won't get them in the summer so not sure they'll have them now. Finally I do have some small quantity of live worms left (very small amount, semi old) and a bag of freeze dried blackworm cubes that I've been switching my butterfly to.. if you are in a pinch you can have them but you gotta come to worcester!

I'll check Neds.

Group buy ?
I’ve ordered live blackworms from Eastern Aquatics in the past and they do a great job.
Mike,
I'd be down for 1/2lb of worms. Is this something you want to head up?

1/2lb is a lot of worms.

I can check with them to see if they’ll package an order separately by weight, I don’t have a scale to use to divvy up an order. Yea, I’d be willing to run with this - pickup would need to be same day or a day after.

Anyone else interested ?

Blackworms are awesome to get really picky eaters to start taking food in your tank.
Worked for me with a Copperband and a black leopard wrasse.

I have a cbb that apparently only eats them as of now, haven't picked it up yet. What amount of worms do you recommend?

I work 6-2 or 2:30 m-f in Canton and 11-5 at Reef Exclusive in Tewksbury on the weekend. So whatever day works for you I can meet up. I saw they ship Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, overnight shipping. Please let me know.

I wish more local stores had these live foods. Such an excellent healthy option for keeping fish in top shape. Im out of this group buy but potentially in the future.

I'm in this same boat. I've used blackworms to transition other CBBs to frozen but my current one just doesn't seem to want to transition off blackworms. He will eat mysis in the morning but seems to mostly spit it out. I have, however, had pretty good success switching him to freeze dried. He now mainly eats these cubes (https://www.amazon.com/Super-Cichlids-Freeze-Dried-Blackworms/dp/B0CSPRXCH6/ ) and I'm waiting to receive these (https://www.ebay.com/itm/231629199040) because they are cheaper and easier to feed.

@Mike A I'd be interested depending on what day for pickup as my schedule sucks...

Live food is the best! I picked up some black worms two years ago at FFM and had plans to buy some this year but the vendor had an emergency and couldn't make the show...
