From the last Frag Draft:

we would put numbers in a hat 1-how ever many people there are, and everyone will pick and number. One will go first and so on. You get your first pick and then you have to wait till everyone gets their frags to go again. number one would be the best number cause you will get to go first all 4 rounds(if we have 10 people and get 40 frags) we might get stuck with 20 great frags and 20 kinda crapy ones, i'm thinking that if we but 40 at once we should get some good stuff.
