anyone ever build an Acrylic tank?

Haven't seen any posts here about it. Just wondering if you've tried. If so where did you buy the acrylic and how much dod it cost you.

I do build sumps and small acrylic tanks, I do buy acrylic from J.freeman in Dorchester.
Lately, every time I order acrylic I'm getting a different price, the price is going up every week since Katrina, last time I ordered (Wednesday) I paid $ 127 for a 1/4" sheet and $239 for 3/8" sheet, and that is going to be used in a 60x18x20H sump.

I was quoted $183.00 for a 4' x 6' x 1/2" sheet. Not sure if that helps you. Any others out there that sell for less?
