Anyone ever have to deal with Koralia's warranty?

I bought a 1050 2 months ago and it will no longer start without spinning the impeller manually. I have taken it apart and cleaned it and it looked like new as it is only 2 months old. Called the store I got it from and they have no info for Koralia other than the contact us button on Koralia's website. Has anyone had warranty issues and how did you resolve them?
 
That was the contact page I used so I will see what happens. How long did it take for them to get back to you?
 
I forget how long it took. Over a week maybe? Once I was put in touch with the USA branch the response was much faster.
 
Got a pm from someone here with the email of someone at the US customer service department, we'll see how that goes.
