ATI vs Reef Spec T5 bulbs?

All of my tanks have ATI bulbs and are in need of new ones. My husband bought me new bulbs for all 3 of my tanks for Christmas at Underwater World. Apparently they were out of the ATI blue plus in the 24 inch, so he was sold Reef Spec actinic and told that they were comparable. I'm uneasy about using them because I can't find too many reviews. Does anyone have any info about them vs. the ATI?

I have not used them myself but have seen reefs with them and the people were happy with the results. they are almost identical to the ati bulbs. red sea pretty much copied ati with the bulbs.
