Did anyone happen to see this episode? By far the best documentary on coral reefs and inhabitants ever. Awesome videography and the latest science. Was interesting - they've theorized that similar coral species can cross breed via sexual production (mass spawning) and create hybrids - fast tracking to new species. Very cool show.

Tonight may be the last night.

Just to let people know it's channel 631 on Fios. I looked for a while and couldn't find it to record it lol... And it's called "Equator"

What about for ComCast? I can't find it on Discovery HD which is on channel 823. Suppose to show today at 5pm.

anyone see that show i think its called "bite me" or smoething like that but the guy was on the great barrier reef the other day and he was covering some cool stuff...a crown of thorns star fish, some weird looking cone snail that was super venemous and can kill a human (looked like a nas. snail)...pretty cool if you get a chance check it out

Was pretty good... Was kinda annoyed with the guys pronunciation especially with the word "algae" sounded like algay lol...

I watched 5 minutes of it. I am gonna watch the whole thing later, but that annoyed me too. "the corals take in algay as food" ugh :p

I'm glad I posted in time for some to see / record it. I wouldn't say I was annoyed at a few pronunciations, as it's probably just how some words are pronounced outside of this country, like a German guy I know says "Al-u-MIN-eeum instead of a-LU-minum... Then again, his name is Caspar, which I always call "Cazbar" just to rib him.
