Quick guess:
Tank light is on 24-7.
Keeps buying cheap random fish to replace the croakers and feeding them like a Jewish/Italian mother.
Aquaclear 200 on a 75 gallon tank because the box said it would be enough.
Guy at fish store said do water change so he changed all the water and everything croaked.

This is the first time I heard this.
He should be keeping Discus.
I used to have a goldfish tank that I did not change water for 2 years. The tank was all green and I could not even see the fish most of the time. Once a while I saw big fat fish swimed to top for food. One day I deceided to change water and the fish died.
