LED for 20L suggestions

I am looking to setup a 20L frag tank and was wondering if I should go Par38 or DIY? Or should I look in another direction?

Looking for info on price & results for corals.

Par 38 bulbs are expensive and they won't cover the entire 20L. Have you seen the prices of LED's on eBay lately: http://www.ebay.com/itm/181203363006?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

I've been running MH for a long time and the results are indisputable. I've been tempted by the new lower prices of LED's though.

What is the spread on the par38 bulbs?

I was also looking into replacements, and saw that it is harder to replace the par38 leds than ones that have their own individual boards.
