Need skimmer for suggestions for 180 gallon...

I am helping a teacher at a school in Westboro with a 180 gallon tank he has set up at the school.

His skimmer is dying so he needs a new one, but is trying to find one for around $200 if possible. (Keep in mind, this tank is mostly paid for by the parents association, so there is not a lot of money to go around...)

Right now, he has a an Berlin skimmer hanging off his sump...

Wow... I did some searching around and told him so far, the best one I came up with in his price range... was the Octopus NW-200!

ScubaSteve, thanks, that is a good deal, but because the parents group pays for it, everything has to be through stores

If you DO buy the 200, get in touch, because you should meshmod the pump. It increases the efficiency of the skimmer significantly.

I run MY nw200 on a 92, with about ~225 gallons total for the system. It removes a LOT of crud every week
