Purchasing question

So I have the opportunity to buy a 48 inch 4 bulb t-5 wavepoint fixture for $130. It has 8 month old ati bulbs. Is that worth the price or is there a better route that I can go for price. If anyone has a better fixture/bulb combination or info on how I could go about it a cheaper way let me know. Thanks

Does the fixture has individual reflectors?

i cant say if it is worth it or not, but for reference, i bought my Tek 8 bulb 48inch light with 6 month old ATI bulbs for a hundred.

Scratch that. It looks like one reflector but molded to almost be individual. Not positive though.
