Skimmer pump stopped working

I had the feeling it was about to. I took it apart and cleaned it, but it is useless.

It was a sedra 5000, my question is I have an extra Rio 2100 w/ venturi kit, will this hold me over for a while? or should I go out and buy a better pump, sooner than later?

Don't go too long without a skimmer pump

Id go ahead and replace it with the correct pump, if you are going to use a different one then place a visit to CRA and ask Jermey what he has. His are pretty good.
