Trying to find thread regarding how long to leave MH lights on

Can anyone help me find that? I did searches, but do you know how many threads in this forum mention lights?

I don't even know who started the thread, but I think it might have been in the form of a poll. I'm trying to research how long my lights should be on for my newly set up 29 gal. There is one fish, and several live rocks (taken from my other established tanks), chaeto in the fuge full of critters, one large feather duster, one small cerrith snail and one blue leg hermit.
The only corals in there are some zoos and some shrooms. I put some pulsing xinia in there but it melted due to a temp hike from the lights. That was the only casualty.
