Anyone know what it is?? Good? Bad? I pulled it out until I figure it out

Looks like a stomatella but never seen one move that fast before. Kinda looks like one of those huge flatworms but hard to tell with the video. Can you get one with your whites turned up for a flashlight?

Almost looks like the thing that they put in Chekov's ear in Wrath of Khan.

You can definately see the antena in the pictures. Little hard to see and focus in the video.
