This pic is what brought it home for me. I was looking at it wondering why there were so many kids toys in the debri until I realised the scale of the photo.

There was a couple videos I saw on the web that were cool because of how amazingly fast the water came in.

One of the video's that I thought captured the event the most was a guy that some how managed to keep shooting as the restaurant he was in filled with water. It also captures 2 people just get swept completely away. Eventually the picture goes out as he eventually ends up in the water. I am guessing he survives since the video was saved, but it really captured the intensity of the situation.

I was amazed actually at how calm the people were in the video even after watching 2 people get swept away and the restaurant tables etc floating around. It was simply amazing to see and really scary.
