A little Reality check...Being cheap doesn't help anyone

Thats a classic example of monopoly. Essentially, the LFS have an artificial monopoly on newbies, because information is limited, and the LFS withhold information. They can charge whatever the heck they want.
Not really a monopoly since there are many different LFS owned by different people. If there was just PetCo, then yes it'd be a monopoly.
There are some newbs who found the BRS first.

There are also quite a few newbs who were turned on to teh BRS by one of the LFS.

Not a monopoly in that sense, but a monopoly in the sense of the RIAA companies. Yeah, theres cheaper options, but you dont know about any of them.


Some newbies find us first, but the vast majority dont. The internet is helping spread information though.
