Bta won't open up

I got a bubble tip anemone from a friend. It was good for a week or so and after feeding it and a water change it hasn't come out for a week now. Just a couple tips stick out but that's it. Parameters are good. I just wanna make sure it gonna be ok. The pics are when I first got it and the other is after two a week or so.

How long has the tank been set up. What are your parameters? Type of light height of new in tank? Flow? What did you feed it and how big of a piece?

Looks like bleached out anemone I once had the same thing which I bought due to its unusual color.

Also feeding anemones stresses them out ,even more so if they are trying to acclimate to a new tank.
