Cheapest, Most Shallow 30-40gal out there

What would be the most shallow and cheapest 30 to 40 gal out there. Is there a suitable rubbermaid or trough? Im' looking for a tank that's no deeper than 1 foot.
Any suggestions?

33 long if you can find one. 36 x 12 x 13 I think glass cages sell that size.

They have just about every shape and size imaginable, but it might not be cheap.
